Responsibilities:
- Execute remodeling projects with precision, including framing, drywall installation, and finish carpentry.
- Collaborate with project managers and clients to understand project specifications and timelines.
- Ensure all work complies with local building codes and safety regulations.
- Utilize hand and power tools effectively to complete tasks efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment at all job sites.
- Communicate progress and any issues to the project team regularly.
- Assist in training and mentoring junior carpenters as needed.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a carpenter, preferably in remodeling projects.
- Strong knowledge of carpentry techniques and materials.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Strong work ethic and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy materials as needed.
